Vitamin and Supplement Evaluation

Many people take vitamins and nutritional supplements to achieve optimal health or to fill a nutrition gap caused by medications or chronic disease. An evaluation can answer important questions like: Is a particular nutritional supplement/vitamin safe to take with your current medications? What is a safe dosage? What does the research say? What is a quality product?

Included: 20-minute session with RDN, review of current bloodwork, review vitamins and supplements for drug and nutrient interactions, assess current regimen quality and dosage, and provide report and research-based recommendations

Visceral Manipulation Evaluation and Treatment

Stress and structural misalignment can effect digestive health. During a Visceral Manipulation Evaluation and Treatment session the overall health of your body will be assessed using a hands on technique developed to encourage the normal mobility, tone and motion of the viscera and their connective tissues. Visceral Manipulation can potentially improve the functioning of individual organs, the systems the organs function within, and the structural integrity of the entire body. Visceral Manipulation has been known to decrease nausea, gas, bloating and acid reflux symptoms.

Cost: $100 – sixty-minute session

Includes: Sixty-minute evaluation and treatment with licensed massage therapist and recommendations related to evaluation

To best serve you, an initial consultation is required. A follow-up visit is not required, but research has shown that follow-up visits can lead to a more successful outcome.
